Everyone was very hospitable and friendly. I had an amazing time. Thank you for a superb stay.

The staff and front desk is uncourtseous and arrogant.Rudeness and disrespect for the guests needs to be addressed. Library in the front desk or guide is very disrespectful. The old lady in restaurant is very rude. People come from far places and country to have a warm welcome but instead their attitude is very objectionable and rude. Rooms are just ok.Food is ok but staff at restaurants needs to be courtseous.overall experience at Aspery hotel was poor .

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the beach. The hotel was bearly acceptable. The price was reasonable in comparison to other hotels in the immediate vicinity, however I found a much better hotel a little further away from the center of the beach.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. For the price, I expected at least a clean and well-maintained room, but that was far from the case. The hotel is extremely outdated, and the room conditions were unacceptable. There was a visible stain on the mattress, which was completely unacceptable. The overall feel of the room was worn down and neglected. Definitely not worth the price they charge. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they seriously renovate.

Ours was a 1 night stay and everything was good about the property. Walking distance to the bus terminal, markets and eateries.

Just returned from 2 week stay in Patong at the Aspery Hotel. What a lovely hotel this is. This is my 3rd time in Patong and I can safely say this is the best hotel yet. I read the reviews before booking and was a little bit unsure as to what this would be like. Very pleasantly surprised. I knew what the area was like from staying in this part before. Very close to the beach and on a fairly quiet road. The staff at the hotel were amazing. A very busy hotel. If there was any concerns the staff immediately sorted it out. We had a deluxe double room and it was great. The bed was very comfortable. The room was a really good size lots of space and the bathroom was big - separate bath and shower. The was a fridge and safe in the room. Maid service everyday . Clean towels and supply of bottled water. Reception staff were really good and helped me out with an emergency. The hotel restaurant is very good and always busy from breakfast throughout the day. Wood the on-site tour operator the faces out onto the main road is fantastic. He recommended some really good trips and also some really good tips when going out and about. Highly recommend you book all your trips with Wood. The little exchange place next door - Violet exchange- has the best exchange rates in the area. We had an amazing 2 weeks at the Aspery. And are looking to book again for later in the year.

The positives — great location! I spent two weeks at this hotel. It was close enough to Bangla Street as well as the hot spots of Patong/the beach and EVERYTHING ELSE but far enough away from excess noise of live music bars. The only annoying exception was the Thai pancake vender at the entrance to the property, probably independent of this property, who was cranking Russian music in the wee morning hours…very annoying for people trying to sleep. The staff was friendly and assisted me to easily change rooms due to an issue with my initial room. To be discussed later. The buffet breakfast was okay. There is a FANTASTIC breakfast/brunch/lunch place across the street and a bit closer to the beach called “mood”, which I highly recommend! It was my local “go-to” restaurant when I didn’t want to chance the tasty & less expensive street vendors next to the beach. One time from something I ate from a local street vendor, I got a case of “Bangkok belly”. Most of the time, and if it is cooked well, no issues. Very accessible hotel for day trip tour van pickups. The rooftop pool was really enjoyable and there is an excellent perch next to the pool just up a metal staircase to get a beautiful sunset view! In between the two hotel buildings there is a Thai professional massage business and a “cat hotel” business if you bring your cat on vacation (I kid you not). The hotel restaurant has a 2-for-1 happy hour with a nice street-side patio. And the negatives…. My first room of my two-week stay at the Aspery Hotel deserved 1 star. I moved rooms after four days. I believe it was 4204 or 4304 or something like that. The toilet would not flush. The staff tried to fix it but believed there was a hard object blocking the flow. At first after inspecting the toilet, they told me to just hold down the handle…that did not work. Also there was rust or dirt in the bathroom. That room should NEVER have been available for guests. It was in the second building across the small walkway from the primary hotel building. After changing rooms, my plumbing worked fine. That room was in the primary building (the hotel building with the reception desk, restaurant, etc.). That room was a 3/4 star room. The bed was very comfortable too.

Great Staff, despite 100 % occupancy the staff is doing a fantastic job to satisfy the requirements of the guests. On the Hotel side Mr X-Tra, Sura, and Sii, have been extraordinary in making us comfortable. On the Restaurant side Mr Cho, the Restaurant Manager and smart has been extra ordinarily indulgent. Location 500 M from the Patong Beach, has a good restaurant multi cuisine. Happy hour 2pm to 11 pm . Next to a major street with shopping. Seven Eleven two are within 600 meters. Fare 200 bhat by taxi or motor cycle taxi to Jungceylon shopping complex.
