The Tunbridge Wells Hotel

The room was very comfortable and the coffee machine in the room was very nice in the morning.

The food was so expensive. Luckily I had brought some from my shoot that I was working on but the breakfast was way more than I was prepared to spend money on.

Absolute value for money located in a prime position. Staff are all professional and friendly, lovely comfortable bed and pleasant stay. Breakfast yummy and gentleman that looked after us was charming and helpful. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Staff were excellent, the room was clean and comfortable and the location was ideal.

The Bath/ shower was very slippery

The location was on The Pantiles so excellent for all the restaurants and bars

So many stairs to the rooms. Bar prices very expensive.

General decor was tired throughout.A few isues in our bathroom-which we reported to owner(?).Mainly the toilet roll holder was lose and roll kept falling off,towel hook behind door was lose so towels kept falling on floor and the surface of bath was peeling off and bits kept blocking plug hole while shower was running and I had to unblock it to get water to drain away.!It looked as if to cover stains it has been sprayed(badly)with something like'Plasticoat'.We got a polite an apology but for £136 I felt it was overpriced,and quite frankly expected some kind of refund/complimentary breakfast.

The room was very comfortable.the rooms were pleasantly furnished.

I have a knee problem. Stairs are a disaster.and they didn't have any lifts The handrails were insufficient in places, but I managed. Prices in the restaurant were high, but tasty.

Good location for amenities but hell for parking and the hotel was on a roundabout. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There were a lot of stairs to the room, there was no lift. The room was dark, quite cramped, stuffy and it was not possible to open the windows (cluttered view of outdoor stairs). I am unsure what would happen if there was a fire. It was also very noisy from (possibly) a generator.
