The location and size of room

It was dusty(the coffee tray had a thick layer of dust on it), the bedside tables were dirty and with sticky glass ring marks, the ceilings had huge cobwebs, there was a big damp stain on the floor that smelled like vomit and the whole room smelled bad. Beds were uncomfortable with big dips in the mattresses. The room was above the kitchen and overlooking a main road so was very noisy all night. None of us slept so we were quite unhappy when we left.

Location was good. Staff were helpful.

Room cramped, tea coffee facilities on bedside table, windowsill and headboard. Blind did not block out the light. Road noise even when window shut. No water. Wardrobe door doesn’t shut. Toilet did not flush properly. Communal areas were tired and need revamp. No room service.

Location was good and staff friendly. The hotel has a good vibe.

The noise of the toilet flushing was very loud. Needed a dust and clean, no full length mirror and TV kept freezing.
