Only one child under 12 years old is allowed on a sofa bed, bunk bed or extra bed. One child under 12 years is charged GBP 20 per night when using existing beds. Any children over this age will require an additional room. When booking 5 to 9 rooms, a 10% deposit is required at the time of booking. This payment is nonrefundable and nontransferable. When booking 10 rooms or more, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. This payment is nonrefundable and nontransferable. Bookings of 4 rooms or more are subject to a different cancellation timescale of 14 days prior to arrival. Pets can be accommodated at the property for an additional fee of GBP 20 per dog per night.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
