We had a very pleasant stay at the Mercure Oxford Hawkwell House Hotel. The location is convenient, especially being close to a Park & Ride, which made getting around very easy. The reception staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious, well located within the property, quiet, modern, and very well maintained. We especially appreciated the large bathroom, the constant hot water, and the high-quality toiletries. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was peaceful, allowing for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was also a highlight. There was a particularly lovely lady who made the experience even better—she was kind, attentive, and explained everything clearly while providing excellent service. Overall, a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

Staff were excellent and very polite

Unfortunately they ran out of roast dinners quite early and due to gas faults there was little to no hot breakfast
