Staff were slow to clear rubbish.

It was a great resort. A little rough around the edges but overall great.

The location and pool are great

The dorms are absolutely disgusting!!! Uncomfortable beds, lots of bugs in the corners, and the bathroom and shower were absolutely despicable. Awful experience.

The hotel and services are nice. The main problem - and it’s a big one - the hotel is right next to the big party beach. You will absolutely have loud pounding music past midnight every night you stay here. I am not against loud music, I have attended the big beach parties and had a great time. But it’s really important that you understand that you have no option to leave the beach party if you stay at this hotel. This is room shaking bass and the earplugs can’t even block that out. I complained after the first night and asked to check out early, but the hotel denied to refund my money if I checked out early. So I booked a quiet bungalow on the other side of the island and spent most of my nights there and just kept my luggage at Seashell because I could not sleep with all the music.

The place itself is set in stunning area the bungalow I stayed in was clean and great shower. The morning staff were great especially the restaurant manger who was great. I only stayed 1 night an booked late took my booking 9.30 pm I wa there for 9.55 complete darkness even though reception was due to open till 10 the night staff just laughed me and said why do want me to do. I said stop laughing at me for a start he just laugh again. x manager turned up Alex was threatening said he would watch the cctv and threatened to call the police unless I apologised to the staff that laughed at me but don’t let my experience put you off it’s a lovely place

Didn't respond to any of my booking change requests or calls. Wasn't able to check in a day later since they had already given my prepaid room to someone else. Had to find some other place for my 30 euro a night room. Ridiculous

Nice hotel, well located on the beach, watched a few sunsets from the beach bar. Staff very friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast was adequate, but I preferred eating out at the local coffee shops as there was a greater selection

The team was really nice and kind

There was no privacy curtains in the beds, lack of electricity connector in each bed, they didn’t clean every day if you don’t ask for it.

Nice place, good swimmingpool, good located, friendly staff, BUT.....very old houses, they need renovation, not very clean, very expensive ( €70 a day for an old house ) The garden is ok when they remove the garden waste and other stuff. We had a room with fan but upgraded to a room with AC ( plus €20 a day ) that didn't work the first night.

จองห้องพักไปแล้ว แต่ทางเราทำการจองผิดวัน พยายามติดต่อโรงแรมหลายครั้ง และหลายวันคะ โทรไป 14 สายได้ รวมเวลา 3 วัน ไม่มีการตอบรับ และติดต่อกลับ เพราะทางเราอยากเปลี่ยนวันเข้าพัก และจะจ่ายส่วนต่างที่ต้องจ่ายเพิ่ม ทางโรงแรมไม่มีการให้คำตอบ และไม่เต็มใจให้บริการ โทรไปเป็นสิบๆสาย รับสายแค่ 1 ครั้ง เพราะเราต้องการจะจ่ายค่าส่วนต่าง และอยากทราบว่าเข้าพักได้ไหมถ้าจะเปลี่ยนวัน พนักงานไม่เต็มใจให้บริการที่สุด เท่าที่เคยใช่บริการ และทางโรงแรมไม่ตอบกลับอาจจะเพราะต้องการ hold เงินที่จ่ายไปแล้วให้ลงตัวกับการจองหรือเปล่าไม่แน่ใจ ซึ่งเราทำงานโรงแรมเช่นกัน แต่ไม่เคยให้บริการแขกแบบนี้คะ Already reserved a room But we made a reservation on the wrong day. I tried to contact the hotel many times over several days, called 14 times, totalling 3 days, but received no response. and contact you back. We want to change the date of our stay. and will pay the difference that must be paid additionally. The hotel has no answer. and is not willing to provide service. I made 14 calls and only answered once because we wanted to pay the difference. And I want to know if I can stay if I change the date. The employees are not the most willing to provide service. As far as the service has ever been used
