"A lovely hotel in a fantastic location."

Fantastic location. The hotel has a beautiful outdoor terrace. The boot room is very well organised and the lockers are great.

Some of the staff were quite rude - probably with it being at the end of the season. The room was generally clean but dusty under the blind and the cups were dusty.

The location is fantastic. The ski shop excellent , staff there were very helpful . Rooms could do with being cleaned better / more often. Food was good .

A truly ski in ski out experience right off Plein Sud chairlift. Val Thorens is breathtaking and the service is unmatched. Breakfast was included and was lovely every morning inside Casa Alta with a view of the slopes. Two turn down services per day and free ski locker with rentals and room reservation. My driver, Florian, was fantastic and was hired by the hotel to pick me up in Geneva, Switzerland. Great rooms and great value. Trip of a lifetime!
