"Not a good value for money"

Val Thorens mountains are amazing! Rooms were okay. The rest - didn’t like. Ski in/ski Out was okay as well! Hugo- was great!

Service is very poor- constant fight to clean the room properly, to get the morning coffee/tea, to clean the table, etc. Very dirty in the hotel overall, despite constant feedback provided to hotel Director- no improvements, for 8 days we were in the hotel the ski room was never cleaned- dirty glass underneath the bench, rubbish on the floor, smell, etc.

"Du ski, du ski, et du ski, et du plaisir hôtelier"

Un personnel aux petits soins, nous les remercions pour leur accueil. La qualité des produits servis est excellente. Le service , du voiturier aux serveurs en passant par le concierge , merci à tous ces gens qui rendent notre séjour si délicieux

Notre départ, les wc dans la sdb mais nous demanderons la prochaine fois…

חדר סקי עם לוקר לכל חדר וחימום לציוד סקי. נוף יפה מהחדר. חדרים גדולים יחסית. השירות קונסיירז' מעולה. הסעות מהמלון חינם בתוך העיירה. ארוחת בוקר טובה.

הצ'ק אין ב16:00. לא קיבלנו חדרים אפילו לא דקה לפני. היינו חמישה מבוגרים והזמנו 2 חדרים. למרות שהיו מספיק מיטות אילצו אותנו להוסיף עוד חדר ומבוגר אחד ישן לבד בחדר זוגי. הזמנו מעל חצי שנה לפני ולא היתה אופצייה אחרת. תמורה נמוכה למחיר. לא קיבלו אותנו יפה ופיזרו אותנו בחדרים בקומות נפרדות למרות שציינו בהזמנה חדרים קרובים. הספא נחמד אך לא מזמין כי המים לא מספיק חמים והג'קוזי בזרם נמוך מאוד. החדר כושר ממש בסיסי. מיקום סביר מבחינת סקי אין. המסעדות במלון יקרות ולא שוות את המחיר, עדיף לאכול בעיירה.

Le personnel

L’eau de la piscine du SPA est froide ont ne peut pas en profiter correctement digne d’un 5* et la navette de la conciergerie de l’hotel qui ne travaille plus après 23h sous ordre du parton et laisse ses clients dans le froid sous -20 degrés rentrer à pied n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles
