El lugar es un hotelillo en abandono, no puedo evaluar al personal porque cuando llegué a ese lugar tan desolado, un camino falta para llegar y no habia señal de celular no el lugar y desde una hora antes de llegar tampoco, tampoco habia inquilinos íbamos hacer los únicos, me dió terror y me fuí no me quedé

"Sehr schöne Anlage in abgelegener Lage"

Das Luna Azul ist eine sehr schöne Anlage. Der Pool mit den Liegen war super und das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Leckeres Frühstück und noch besseres Abendessen! (wir haben 2x im Restaurant gegessen, besonders der Burger ist zu empfehlen) Die Bungalows sind echt groß mit Terasse/Balkon. Das Bad "draußen" hat defintiv etwas🙂 Wir konnten einige Tiere beobachten, u.a. Leguane, Nasenbären und viele Vögel. Es gibt ein paar ganz nette Strände in der Nähe; am Strand von Ostional kann man zur Saison morgens die Schildkröten beobachten 🐢

In der Ecke auf der Península Nicoya, wo das Luna Azul liegt, gibt es leider so gut wie nichts. Die Straßen sind so schlecht (alles Gravel, nur Schlaglöcher), sodass man für eine 10km Strecke zwischen 30 und 45 min. braucht. Wenn man seine Ruhe und die Tage einfach mal nur am Pool/am Strand verbringen will - super. Nach Tamarindo haben wir knapp 1,5 Std gebraucht, ähnlich in die Städtchen am Strand bei Nosara.

Libeth and her staff made our one night stay an outstanding one! Amazing property in the rain forest so close to seeing the arribada at Playa Ostional!

The only issue we had was with the shower temperature! We were not able to adjust the cold water so the water was way hot!

The people are very friendly, the room is clean, and the hotel is cosy. If you want to visit the turtles on the Ostional beach this is the perfect location, because if there is some rain you are on the good side of the bad road. The breakfast was very good, everything was home made.
