Great place to relax. Addy, you were so welcoming and friendly while we waited to check in for our room. Thank you for your hospitality. Great start to our trip. Food was so delicious. The HT5 Burger was tasty and filling!!

Nice hotel but definitely check your credit card after, we were charged £10.80 a month after staying there. It took 1 phone call and three emails to get a refund, without an explanation or apology!

Despite the name, the hotel is NOT connected to, nor adjacent to Terminal 5. It is deliberately misleading (with some other Heathrow hotels doing the same). Do consider the cost of getting to/from the hotel using these options: - Taxi: £27+ one way. This is extortionate for a journey taking just over 5mins! - Hotel Hoppa: £7 one way / £13 return - per person! (Prices as of 1 June 2026). Frequent and quick, yes, but it’s not exactly cheap! If you want to save money, there are two cheaper options, but they are less convenient, require more walking, so are not recommended with heavy luggage, in poor weather, or at night. - Flightline 703 Bus: £1.50 single. Requires a 12min walk with a poor footpath. Approx. every 30mins. - Bus 5: £3 single / £5.40 return. Stops outside hotel so only a few mins walk. Approx. hourly. - The number 81 Tfl London bus does stop a 12min walk from the hotel (the same stop as the 703), but it doesn’t connect directly to Heathrow. Once you factor in these costs and inconvenience, you may find a hotel connected to any of Heathrow’s terminal is better value. Connection to Heathrow aside, this is a very good hotel, with clean, modern and well-maintained rooms. Breakfast is of good quality. Two highlights: 1. The pool and spa area is very pleasant – free to all guests. 2. The Executive Lounge offering is the best of any Heathrow hotel I’ve visited. Soft drinks are available all day, and ‘Happy Hour’ from 5 to 7pm daily offers complimentary hot and cold food, plus wine, beer and spirits. It’s an excellent benefit to Hilton Honors Elite members, or if you book a room with Executive Lounge access.

I loved that I got emails from the hotel about how to get there on the Hoppa Bus. The bus literally pulled up to the hotel’s front door for drop off and pick up.
