"We don't plan to return"

The room is ok. Breakfast was fine. They cook omelette and eggs to order. They waived the cost of parking as a small gesture to compensate for the issues we encountered.

Very lengthy check in (over 30 min). A long queue with not many staff to deal with demand. The mini fridge in our room wasn't working. The issue was the power socket. We had to take it out and plug it into a different socket. The AC didn't work properly. It wasn't cooling down the room. We didn't sleep well as it was quite warm overnight. We lost the 2h (5-7pm) drinks and nibbles at the lounge due to the issues at check in. We went there afterwards and what was on offer was appalling. Few old popcorn, crisps bit as the ones you find at the end of packets, fizzy water bottles and tonic. No plain water or juice (they were served in dispensers and they were both empty).

"Fair overall for what we needed. But a few tweaks would have made it better"

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Hotel was clean and very quiet. The food in the restaurant was great.

The room was a bit 'spartan' would have liked to see a paper menu and free water in the room. Also we couldn't switch off the light by the door! Also we asked for takeaway breakfast but only got one not 2.

"Exceptional"

Great hotel only minutes from Heathrow with regular hoppa bus service. We were upgraded to an Executive Room, which was a real treat. Bed was v ery comfortable and the shower nice and strong. Hotel was spotless and every member of staff we spoke to was friendly and professional. Great breakfast choice. Ate in The Gallery Restaurant and again, great choice on menu and delicious dinner. Our first visit - it won't be our last.
