Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5

Our room was directly below an event room. The noise shook the walls, with a constant driving base beat and DJ shouting. Rang front desk several times and no-one picked up, so I rang room service, and was promised a call from management. Half an hour later I rang again to room service as still no-one picking up on the front desk, only to be told I need to be patient and that someone from management would ring me in 5 to 10mins. Well an hour past my first call I went on to the landing where we met other hotel guests all complaining about the racket! So we all went down to reception and were met with indifference by the reception lady . The night manager arrived and could offer no resolution. No spare rooms to move us. Explained there was an Indian wedding taking place and that it was due to finish at 12.30am. She just stood looking at us, so we asked if she could ask them to at least turn it down. Her response was that she could ask them maybe to turn it down ' just a little ' but they might not do that anyway! What an absolute joke for a so called airport hotel! Seems like it is just the luck of the draw on room allocation, but maybe they should use a bit of common sense and not put guests anywhere near the venue room. Perhaps the wedding guests should have been allocated those rooms so the rest of us could get some sleep!

Good breakfast when you could get access to the coffee machine

I had a stomach upset after eating a meal last night, no soap in the shower Nobody came to help me to bring my heavy cases down from the third floor, because it was hard to pull them over the carpets

Stayed here for one night with two weeks parking. Lovely Room, super comfy bed with amazing pillows., helpful and friendly staff. The car park had generous spacing and the car was exactly as we left it. I want to give an excellent review to Bal he drove us to the airport for a really good price and was there to collect us when we returned, took all the stress out of getting a hopper bus or a taxi. His service was 2nd to none and I can highly recommend him, will definitely be using him again, really lovely guy.

The staff were excellent - front of desk staff went out of their way to be helpful and special shout out to restaurant manager Mark for his kindness and attentiveness. The room was great - cot provided for the baby; air conditioning; provision of shampoo, shower gel and conditioner; good sized bed. Excellent towels :) The fact the property has a fitness centre, and the luggage scales located at the bottom of the stairwell near reception were very useful. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and delicious. The 12 noon checkout as standard was particularly welcomed given the fact we were about to embark on another day of air travel.

Only very minor things: It was not clear how to order room service once in the room. Once we had asked reception and managed to get in touch, the food was nice but service pretty slow for a sandwich. The breakfast buffet was broken down pretty abruptly and a little early given the 12 noon checkout. Complimentary water in the rooms would have been good (rather than only for members/special guests)

Great location and restaurant in particular was exceptional. Amazing spa services.

Very disappointing experience. I arrived at the hotel with a confirmed and fully paid reservation, only to be informed at check-in that there were no rooms available because the hotel was fully booked. There were also other guests at reception facing the exact same issue. For a Hilton hotel, this is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I tried several times to resolve the matter directly with the hotel in good faith, but received no proper response or solution. The situation caused unnecessary stress, extra expenses, and completely ruined what was meant to be a special evening. Very poor customer service and extremely disappointing overall.

Perfect location very quiet and close to the Heathrow airport .

Incredibly staff from evening restaurants and spa very accommodating also thank to the morning breakfast team member Angel , indoor hydro pool facilities was nice regardless kids have no pool facilities..
