Boutique Hotel Fortino

Muy amable la atención. La habitación que me tocó tenía una terraza preciosa.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Fortino Boutique Hotel e l’esperienza è stata davvero splendida. L’hotel si trova in una posizione ideale, a pochi passi dal porto veneziano di Chania, ma in una via tranquilla e silenziosa che permette di riposare bene. La struttura è curata nei dettagli, con un fascino che unisce tradizione e comfort moderni. La camera era pulita, accogliente e dotata di tutto ciò che serviva. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Katerina, che si è dimostrata estremamente gentile, disponibile e sempre pronta ad aiutarci: dalla comunicazione prima del soggiorno, ai consigli su parcheggio, auto a noleggio ed escursioni. La sua disponibilità e il suo sorriso hanno reso la nostra permanenza ancora più piacevole. Consigliamo caldamente questo hotel a chiunque voglia vivere Chania in un ambiente autentico e accogliente. Sicuramente un luogo in cui tornare!

Forse la mancanza di un armadio sufficientemente capiente..quello in appartamento, purtroppo, bastava a malapena per una persona.

Hotel parfait

Breakfast was good. Loved the location of the sailing club as it was at the end of the main old town precinct & so it was quiet & not as many tourists.

The parking was very difficult with the many tourists - not enough parking on the street & the Council car park was extremely expensive.

Everything about the property was wonderful. Check-in was a breeze. Katarina was incredibly responsive throughout our time. We lost our key one day and she went out of her way to make sure another key was waiting for us as soon as we needed it. Hotel staff was also incredibly attentive to every detail. Cannot recommend this place enough. We opted for the breakfast included and I highly recommend. It’s a one minute walk from the venue overlooking the marina. A very easy way to start the morning without any effort.

Lovely area just away from the harbour and the apartment was nicely sized

I was alittle put out that I didn't have access to the jacuzzi as I got confused and didn't realise it was specific for a certain room

Katarina was fantastic! She was accommodating and incredibly helpful. I appreciate all she did to make our stay so fabulous.
