Great location and Katerina is super kind and helpful giving us recommendations of local places to eat and shop

The accommodation is not very sound proof so if you are a light sleeper it might not suitable

Good location. Kind and helpful staff.

Not a good choice for a family with a baby because of the stairs inside the room. The bed was also not comfortable.

Location is excellent at one end of the harbor and close to sites, but relatively quiet area. Host - Katerina - was very helpful and made sure we arrived safely and assisted with check in. The check in was easy and the welcome was warm.

Finding the hotel was difficult. No parking at the site, which we were aware of, but getting close enough to the hotel to unload our luggage was a challenge. The unit was small and claustrophobic (we were in a first floor apartment). Low ceilings and very small bathroom. The kitchenette was extremely limited and next to useless. Very small fridge. The booking information was misleading. The photos on booking depicted several different units leaving one uncertain as to which they would get when they arrived. Also, the booking information stated that there were some city and sea views. Our unit had neither. We had a very small balcony and could see an alley way when on the balcony.

Central location but quiet. Very comfortable and clean. Katerina is a kind and helpful host who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued guests

Katerina was an amazing host. The room was comfortable and airy. The location was amazing, and we were fortunate that parking nearby was easy and free (due to the low season).

What a gem of a surprise this hotel was! Katarina, on the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked; the bathroom was the nicest we had on our trip. It was so nice to be able to make coffee in the room and also have a little patio to sit outside on. The breakfast included was at an amazing restaurant in the Chania Sailing Club, a 2 minute walk from the hotel and the portions were massive! The location of the hotel was perfect as we could walk right to the waterfront area of Chania in 2 minutes.

Just be aware if you have a bedroom upstairs, the stairs can be steep to climb.

Really comfortable accommodation. Brilliant location. Exceptionally friendly welcome from Katerina, who went above and beyond to make us welcome and tell us all we needed to know.
