Very cute place, great location. The host Katerina was very kind, supportive, friendly, and always with great mood.

Really special accomodation in an old Venetian Palace, with very unique atmospehere. Katherina is amazing, she has an answer for everything. We enjoyed staying there with the long nice breakfasts on the terrace in the shadow of the lemon tree.

We thought the jacuzzi is available for all hotel guests, but it is part of an apartment. I guess it was our fault, that we checked the site with a lack of attention.

The hotel was in an excellent location for exploring Chania old town, bars and restaurants. Katerina on reception was exceptionally helpful, friendly and welcoming. She helped us booked tours to Balos/Elafanisi with repubatable and reliable companies, as well as recommended good restaurants. The room was spacious, bright and airy with good air con and great wifi. Very clean bathroom with a good shower and a nice big bed. We would definitely book here again!

Boutique Hotel Fortino is an amazing place to stay when visiting Chania. Katerina is an amazing hostess, she gave us tips on where to go and was quick to reply if we needed anything. Very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located in the cozy harbour, a great location, within walking distance of everything you need.

Katerina was a wonderful, positive and helpful host. The apartment was well-equipped and even had a separate desk to work at! It felt large given the mezzanine bedroom.

Although we couldn’t hear other guests in their rooms, we could hear very loudly people walking on the staircase in the hallway. I think this was because our specific mezzanine bed was above the staircase.

Beautiful location right near the Venetian port in Chania. Katerina is an excellent host. Her recommendations for a close and beautiful beach was perfect and her restaurant recommendations were fantastic. Guest dinning discount at the Sailing Club Cafe was a plus. We had an amazing stay in Chania and can't wait to go back.
