Apollonion Asterias Resort and Spa

Deux choses qui pourraient être revues: 1) heure de fermeture de la piscine et du restaurant et 2) jus naturels et non artificiels pour le petit déjeuner. Aussi pour les boissons apéritif et après souper pourquoi seulement diminuer le prix des boissons alcoolisées. Sinon séjour parfait

Hotel pretty good, and located near main town of Lixouri and the port to Argostolion

We had a fantastic stay at the Appolonion Resort & Spar. The staff are extremely polite coupled with the overall cleanliness of the resort makes for a very relaxing holiday. The upkeep of the resort should also be mentioned as it a credit to the and owners.

We had a fabulous weeks stay at this hotel in September and we found it very good value and hard to beat on service and food. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable? The pool area was always very clean and never too busy to find a bed for sunbathing. The nearby beach was slightly disappointing though as it was just a thin strip of sand with lots of sun beds and I prefer something a bit quieter. Saying that however the sea and sand where very clean. It is advisable to hire a car, as the hotel is quite remote and it is worth exploring the island. We like the Petonai beach which was a drive down a hillside but well worth it. All in all though I wouldn't hesitate in returning to this hotel as the standard was high in all aspects.

Stayed for 8 nights, upgraded to junior suite, beautiful hotel, clean, comfortable, friendly staff, fabulous pool & poolside bar & resturant. 5 minute walk to Xi beech, clean red sand, & clear shallow water. Ideal for those who want to chill out & relax in the kefalonian sunshine.

A very nice hotel within 5 minutes from the beach. Excellent facilities at the hotel, very friendly staff who can't do enough for the guests. The food is fantastic something for every one.

L'hotel e' ubicato vicino ad una spiaggia di sabbia rossa molto lunga, dove si trovano depositi di argilla con cui e' possibile fare i fanghi. Il mare come in tutto il resto dell'isola e' molto bello. L'hotel ha camere graziose e pulite, il personale molto gentile e il cibo di buon livello e abbastanza vario.

Fantastisk sted! Elendig mad, næsten uspiselig og slet ikke græsk. Discount. Vildt og stærkt irriterende, at poolen har adgang forbudt før 10 om morgenen og efter 18 om aftenen. Så vidt jeg kan se, er der heller ingen grund til det, for den skal ikke overdækkes. Vi, der er væk hele dagen, har netop brug for at hoppe i poolen på de tidspunkter, hvor der er adgang forbudt. Der er også en stærk adfærdskontrol på stedet. Fx skal man hente sine badehåndklæder om morgenen, krydse af, aflevere om aftenen og krydse af igen. Vi stjæler sgu ikke jeres grimme håndklæder!

Staff fantastic, especially the head waiter. Made my wife and I feel very special as he remembered us by name after the first introduction and on subsequent evenings .
