The property was clearly showing signs of lockdown. Initially the AC was not working in the room allotted to me. After complaining, the room was changed. Cleanliness, neatness was not upto the mark. Food was pathetic in the restaurant, the service was equally lethargic. All in all, no value for money and a real sad experience.

practically no care on sanitization for people coming from outside, except for taking body temp...no sanitization anywhere...be it at reception or restaurant or room. had to ask for a sanitizer, housekeeping staff communicated that they dont provide...on insisting, they gave sanitizer in restaurant glass water bottle..no tissue papers in room..

I am regular guest in this property, but this time i have checked in with my family and my wife and son was very happy with the hospitality and the services provided by all the staff. Food was very good and special thanks to Hussein for arranging late check out and drop for us. will visit next time for sure.

The rooms are elegant and spacious. The breakfast spread is good.. would have been a tad better if non veg could have been served. The staff is helpful and the room service is also good. The room menu is quite economical and a stay is within budget.

This was a great hotel as Grand Bhagwati but has since slipped both in terms of upkeep as well as service levels. You can clearly that the hotel is in management transition. Food is still good. Gym is in another building and has many day visitors

ideally suited location. good room service, unfortunately there a wedding taking place so the hotel was a bit noisy.

Stayed for 1 night, had a comfortable stay, little bit annoying is the reception which is on higher floors and the Hotel is spread in two wings, so you need to reach at reception floor to make cross over. They have 3 restaurants, with variety of cuisines, the breakfast is amazing. recommended for business trips and family functions.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights.Terrible stay.Hotel is run down.Rooms are mouldy,Cupboards are broken.Bathroom is outdated.Carpets are filthy.Breakfast was terrible.No Variety.was so limited.Will never stay here again.Looking forward to Le Meridian taking over and revamping the entire hotel.

overall the stay was excellent, except that the items in the washroom were not replenished the next day... had complained about the same to the duty manager. through it was room for two people, some of the items provided was only when the room is for single occupancy.. did not expect the same from such category hotel and when you are paying quite high price for the same

Have stayed earlier in this property and like it too..But during this visit I face a strange issue..During the night there were some noise coming..I didn't bother as I was exhausted..In the morning when I was wanting to have fruits that were complimentary, one if the fruit was missing..I figured out the peer was under the side table partly eaten..Also the peel of the banana that I ate last night was missing from the bin was lying next to the peer..After which I called the hotel reception and they changed my room..
