I celebrated my fieancee Birthday party in TGB Hotel. The party turn out to be a successful event. The location and venue is great, Special thanks to Team management and his team for making this big day as one of our life time memorable event. The service was great and all of our guest were very happy with the quality of food. All the staff were very nice and active in responding to any request. I am glad I have chosen TGB Hotel for this event and I will not be afraid to recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is just 3 km from the airport and is the perfect for leisure and business. Executive suites are contemporary with total comfort. In-room facilities include tea and coffee maker, iron with ironing board, hair dryer and internet access. The staff is very helpful and the food is excellent.

This is my second visit to this propoerty , Nice Hotel to be named Le meridian property soon . very close to surat Airport ( 10 min drive ) Location is little isolated but have Multiplex near by ( 2 min walk ) Having a mini theatre in side the property.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. A star rated hotel with sub-standard amenities & lousy customer servicing. Room service staff pose a laid -back attitude with no attention to detail on their given tasks or guest’s concerns. The internet access works with no speed at all. Could not connect to hotel wi-fi, neither do they initiated to fix it on multiple reminders. We had to cancel our paid shuttle service owing to their negligence to follow up with the service provider.

The hotel is old. Room fixture and furnitures are not in good condition. WiFi is really bad, yet it’s not even free. Only good thing Is their service is good.

Little to no wifi, staff seemed to be scared of the guests.

My room card key never worked. I had asked for a new one and thought I got it but when I returned late night after a long day at work and business dinner my card still didn’t work. Eventually they offered me to stay in another room until they break down the door lock...in short it was a disaster. My room smelled of smoke and humidity combined. I am sure there were better options in the city, my client had recommended this hotel. I will not visit again.

Very clean. Good location, friendly staff, good food in both restaurants and has an excellent onsite cinema.

Check in service was damm poor, still operating like flintstone age. Damm rules and regulations. Staff is not well professional and worst customer service.
