Hotel Kaya Belek - All Inclusive

This is the second time I have travelled with my.family to Kaya Belek and it won't be our last time. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive, food is amazing lots of choice and all feels home cooked. My daughter spent a lot of time with the lovely staff in kids club, loads of good quality activities meaning the adults could relax around the pool. Such a fun stay lots to do if you don't feel like relaxing all day. The grounds are beautiful. Brilliant value for money..

Main buffet restaurant had plenty of choice, we also booked into the Asian one evening but had to leave after waiting a hour for the soup course and the rest of the order was incorrect and cold.

Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to its 5-star rating and felt much closer to a 4-star property. The rooms were tired, not particularly clean, and in need of refurbishment. The balcony door frequently stuck and was sometimes impossible to open. We booked a room for three guests, yet only two sets of towels were provided, and we had to request additional towels daily. To the hotel’s credit, we were offered the opportunity to change rooms. However, the alternative room was in a very similar condition equally tired and run down and there were no upgrade options available, so the move would not have improved our stay. There were also several small but frustrating issues, such as no bottle opener being available despite items in the minibar requiring one. The pool area itself was pleasant, but service was disappointing. There did not seem to be enough staff around, drinks were often poorly made, and on one occasion we ordered water and eventually gave up waiting for it to arrive. If poolside service cannot be delivered consistently, it should not be offered. What was most disappointing was the response when I provided feedback. I was told that the hotel is a “budget hotel,” which is not how it is marketed and certainly not what I expected when booking. Had I known this in advance, I would have chosen somewhere else. The overall impression was that the property is in need of significant upgrading and investment. I would advise anyone who values high standards and expects a genuine 5-star experience to look carefully before booking, as this hotel may not meet those expectations.

Lots of amenities in the hotel, food was good and spa was lovely!

The property was a bit outdated but I hear they may be updating it in the next few months.
