Hotel Kaya Belek - All Inclusive

We would like to thank the guest relations team at Kaya Belek for their fast help and support during our stay. We were also very happy to see the beautiful sunny weather in Antalya despite the rainy forecast. We will definitely visit again.

Essen ist super lecker, Personal sehr freundlich. Hotel Ausstattung ist etwas älter aber trotzdem gut!

This is an amazing hotel. The staff are so friendly and the facilities are 10/10. So much to do. So many activities on offer. Delicious food all day and night. Would highly recommend for big family’s, groups etc. Outstanding service all around! The guest relations team are super attentive and always there for your call!!!

İlk giriş anından itibaren, misafir ilişkileri şefi olduğunu düşündüğüm Sefa Bey’in ilgisi ve yardımları bizim için çok kıymetliydi. Otelde gerçekten çok güzel vakit geçirdik. Bir bebeğim ve küçük bir çocuğum olmasına rağmen hijyen konusunda en ufak bir sorun yaşamadık. Ayrıca guest relations bölümünden Esma Hanım’ın, özellikle yer olmamasına rağmen İtalyan restoranda bize destek olması gerçekten çok değerliydi. Bu nedenle Kaya Grubu’na gönülden teşekkür ederim. Daha önce de birçok kez Kıbrıs’ta Kaya Grubu otellerinde konakladım; bu ziyaretimizde de yine bizi şaşırtmadılar. Ayrılış sırasında kapıya kadar eşlik edip uğurlayan Serkan Bey’e de ayrıca teşekkür ederim.

My family and I chose this hotel to mark our first family holiday. We were impressed from the pictures we saw on our laptop screen and wasted no time in booking Kaya Belek Resort. Upon arriving to the resort, we were warmly welcomed into the spacious lobby where check-in was quick and easy and had everything explained to us. The welcome drinks were very much needed after travelling and landing in the warm sunshine (30 mins drive from airport to hotel). The location of the hotel was great as it was not too far from the airport, tourist attractions (Land of Legends), Golf courses super close whilst others were nearby to the hotel too. We were then shown to our hotel room and the staff showed us our main amenities whilst taking care of our luggage. Our room was a decent size and we had a fabulous view of the sea from our balcony. Our mini bar was free to use and we were able to request top-ups at any time of day. There was plenty of storage to put your belongings away in drawers and wardrobes. Our breakfast, lunch and dinner was held in the 'Main Restaurant' and we could not fault it. The staff at the restaurant were beyond helpful and a special thank you to a very kind lady named Ebru who always pleasantly smiled at us every morning. The range of food was incomparable followed by a very good hygiene level. The food was a mixture of cuisines professionally presented in the form of food art which was amazing! The artistic arrangement and decorative shapes in the wide assortment of food, fruits and salads was truly exceptional! There was something for everyone and my daughter loved the nuggets and spaghetti bolognese. The best part of all was that, we could request any drink of our choice at any time of day and the bartenders would prepare the most refreshing drinks! My favourite was the strawberry mocktail! My daughter had a set routine everyday which involved her attending 'Kids Club' three times a day. Despite me feeling anxious about leaving her on her own at kids club - the staff at the club were extremely friendly, engaging and made my daughter feel very secure and safe. A special thank you to Vera and Baiti for a fabulous mini disco every night for all the kids to enjoy. Every evening, the entertainment staff had prepared quiz nights for all the guests and it was incredible! A special thank you to Muhammad for interacting and delivering the best possible entertainment! The lady at 'Guest Relations' (Shapagat) was super helpful and generous as she communicated very well with me when I made food orders for my 9 month old. Shapagat listened carefully and always spoke politely, kindly and with a smile. I would be able to make baby food orders and schedule times for it to be delivered to me. Shapagat also suggested a themed restaurant (Italian) for us to attend for dinner within the hotel was nice for a change. We wanted some advice on booking tickets to Land of Legends (LOL) and Mr Serkan was extremely helpful in providing us with the best information. He was kind enough to call the LOL hotel infront of us and spoke to a member of staff who told him the prices for the tickets. Mr Serkan then informed us about contacting our Jet2 representative who could also help with booking tickets at a good rate. We met with the Jet2 representative (Ali) on the day of contacting him and were impressed with his expertise in his job role and managed to get LOL tickets booked with him at a decent price. A few things we were disappointed about were that some facilities were not available for the guests. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because we saw pictures of a kids water park however, this park was closed as it was not the season for it to be in use. We were disappointed by this and felt that there should have been some sort of notice regarding this before booking however, we managed to keep my daughter entertained with the kids club and indoor pool. Secondly, I planed on having a massage but the spa and massage area was also closed for renovation. We were informed that we were able to use the spa facilities in the hotel next to us us (Kaya Palazzo) to which I did and enjoyed a much needed chinese massage. Overall, we definitely had a great holiday, it was a lovely experience and we are glad we came. We would definitely like to visit again, this time, in the summer season where we can use the water park facilities. Thank you to everyone at Kaya Belek! Amana & Nabeel
