Hotel Kaya Belek - All Inclusive

The restaurant was great so much choice. Hotel and rooms are so dated. Staff very lovely and polite. Pool area is large but the sun beds are old and uncomfortable . We was told it is shutting half the hotel and half the restaurant in October 2026 for a complete refurb. Once done the other half done. There is nothing outside hotel as it’s a golf resort

We recently stayed at the KAYA BELEK hotel for a 5 night golf stay, this was booked through our agent Bilyana Golf. Firstly the hotel is supposed to be 5 star and at best i would say 3 star, the rooms were old dirty and needed lots of upgrading, the beds were like sleeping on a solid board and very uncomfortable. The whole hotel smelt of cigarettes as they turned a blind eye to your Turkish gents smoking in various areas including the breakfast area and there were NO NON smoking area outside as promied so breakfast was taken in the inside dining room which basically was a free for all , with very poor selections aimed mainly at the Turkish guests. when we approached the hotel about this they just shrugged there shoulders and when we asked to move rooms as we were looking over a noisy flat roof with machines running all night they said the hotel was full. ( it was not) The hotel its self is old and needs a complete make over as my pictures show We compleined not only to the hotel but also to Bilyana Golf , at the time Bilyana told us that they would look into this for us and speak to the reception, nothing came of this, and as we were golfing during the day they blamed the closure of the reception ??. On our return back to the uk, we contacted both the hotel and Bilyana golf and we received a standard reply from the hotel which they said they offered us alternative rooms, A COMPLETE LIE , I thought it was full ????. Both Bilyana Golf and the HOTEL KAYA BELEK have fallen very short of what should have been a memorable golf trip...... PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM BOTH.... THEY LIE !!!!

Das Unterhalt in der Kaya Belek hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und immer zuständig für alles 👍 würde ich gerne noch mal herkommen.
