Beautiful complex, lots to do with children, pools are not very crowded at this time of the year, service is amazing and the beach winderful! the mediterranean sea is amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay, the food was amazing with many choices. The pool and beach area were great too. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Serkan was very helpful throughout our stay.

We have no complaints.

Das Hotelpersonal war freundlich und bemüht, und das Unterhaltungsprogramm war wirklich gut. Auch das Essen war insgesamt in Ordnung. Allerdings entspricht das Hotel aus unserer Sicht nicht ganz einem echten 5-Sterne-Standard. Das Gebäude und viele Bereiche wirken renovierungsbedürftig. Die Teppiche in den Fluren sind alt und teilweise unangenehm im Geruch. Auch die Böden in den Zimmern wirken veraltet und machen beim Gehen deutlich hörbare Geräusche. Das WLAN war zeitweise schwach und instabil. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis daher nicht ganz, besonders wenn man den aktuellen Zimmerpreis berücksichtigt. Trotzdem hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, vor allem dank des engagierten Personals und des guten Entertainmentprogramms.

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of the season and honestly had an amazing experience. Since it wasn’t overly crowded yet, we were able to enjoy everything in a very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The food quality was excellent, and every detail throughout the hotel reflected the standards of a well-established and professional resort. What impressed us the most was the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. We didn’t experience a single problem during our stay, but even if we had, the team gave us complete confidence that any issue would have been solved immediately. Our guest relations representative was especially attentive and kind. Every day we received the hotel’s daily activity program, and they regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well for us. Overall, it was a wonderful holiday experience and we left with very positive memories. We would definitely love to come back again.
