Nick was so kind and helpful. He located me on the ground floor and even asked the carpet cleaner to do my area later as I had mentioned I’m not good in the morning. The property is in an ideal position near the sea, pier, and town but has free parking outside. The room was very comfortable with en-suite, a radiator you can turn up and down, and windows that open for fresh air. Plenty of tea and coffee are provided and you can choose if the room is serviced, or left alone. I don’t eat breakfast so can’t say, but I bet they go out of their way to make it perfect for their guests.

There was nothing to dislike about this property.

Nice clean room. Exceptional breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Super location very close to beach and prom and the cafes etc, but also convenient for town centre. Will stay again when visiting.

On street parking and when I came back late I had to drive round for a bit to find a space. Not too much of a problem for me, but could be difficult if you have mobility restrictions.

Greta Location and good value. I only stayed for one night, but generally I think it's a good place for short stays near to the beach.

I wasn't expecting too much as the price of the room was very good. That said, my window looked out onto next door's brick wall.

The host and staff were friendly and the hotel breakfast was good . Nick was very attentive to guests queries and overall he is a great host . The facilities were good and even though my room was small it was still well equipped .Housekeeping was good overall , but could be improved . The hotel location is great and the town centre is easily accessible. Overall I had a pleasant stay . Thank you. Looking forward to staying with you again in the future .

Good value accommodation, particularly as a full breakfast was included. Very close to the sea front and quiet location but only a 15 minute walk to the main shopping area. I don't eat meat so pleased that Nick could provide me with some veg sausages to go with the rest of my cooked breakfast. He was also understanding when I claimed I had lost my electric toothbrush only for me to find it in my case after he had gone to some trouble to look for it.

Bearing in mind the good value of the accommodation I don't have any dislikes
