The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The position was great, right by the seafront.

Our room was very hot as the sun was on the window all afternoon. A fan would probably have helped

Room was very small. The bathroom was so small there wasn’t room for a basin-which was in the very small room. The sliding door to the bathroom was only attached at the top and was very noisy! The beds were very hard and noisy.

Breakfast was quality, room was comfortable and owner couldn't do enough to make the stay as pleasant as possible.

Street parking is an ordeal as it is a busy area, but we managed to park with no incidents.

Very clean, very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. We were there two nights and Nick the owner made us welcome from the start. We were on the top floor and had a small view of the sea front.

The stairs to each floor but if you are staying with only a small case it wasn't too bad. It could have done with a small chair in the bedroom.
