Es un lugar muy bonito, el personal súper lindo, el desayuno estaba muy rico y en general excelente

Bed in 2nd room was comfy, nice towels and bed linen. Breakfast ok

The first room I was in the extractor fan made a noise and blew cold air. Bathroom was freezing I contacted Nick by text as the bell by reception didn't work (rung it 3 times) and no answer from my calls. The issue is if a neighbouring room have their bathroom light/fan on this happens. I asked to swap rooms. Nick did say there would be a charge to swap to a double but so far I haven't been charged

Arrived a bit late and no problems then owner was brilliant and even offered me a ground floor room at no extra cost because I have leg problems and stairs would have been a problem so very impressed 😁

Room was ok, if a little cold but the weather didn't help. Owner was welcoming.

Breakfast had to de done by 9am if you wanted a cooked one. Breakfast choices had to be made the evening before. Limited breakfast choices. Housekeeping times haphazard and contrary to info given in hotel info folder. No newspapers.

Excellent location so I could easily visit one of my family who live nearby. Nick was very helpful at enabling them to join me for breakfast for one of the days of my stay👍

We have stayed here on multiple ocassions. We continue to return as the location, the owner and staff and breakfast is excellent.

Terrible experience. The property kept asking me through Booking to update my payment card even though my card details were correct. They claimed the CVC was missing, which was completely untrue. I updated the card twice and even added a second card, and both cards worked perfectly at other hotels without any problems. I contacted Booking customer service for help, and the owner of Eastbourne Reymar spoke to me in a very rude tone. He falsely claimed that I had not updated the card and told me directly that I would not stay there. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, and it was the worst treatment I have experienced from any property. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
