Good location and price

Room was outdated and room features needed work. Shower leaked and shower head did not stay up, bedroom door was broken. Elevator was broken so had to take stairs to 8th floor, and room did not look like images displayed.

The location is perfect , quick walk to shops and tourist locations. Easy access to public transport

The room was not suitable for 4 guest. The room is Uni accommodation. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool $25 a night for parking $100 bond , which I'm still waiting to be returned

Good location

The whole building smelt especially the hall to the gym. The apartment was basic and cramped. Pool was dissapointing and too cold to use

Fantastic location - tram stop at the front and loads within walking distance. We mostly walked to explore.

NON-LOCKABLE ROOM, FIRST NIGHT. :( On our arrival we were told there was a plumbing issue and that we would have to spend the first night in two separate rooms, then move to our booked 2-bed apartment for the remaining nights. We were initially ok with this, assuming it would be 2 normal rooms. However it turned out to be 1 normal room on the 8th floor. And one “emergency” room on the 4th floor, next to the gym. This emergency room: - Didn’t lock AT ALL. We were told there was no keycard, but that we could use the chain to lock it from inside. However - the chain didn’t attach anywhere to the door, so could not be used. Therefore there was no lock on the door at all. - AND, the door actually opened OUTWARDS into the hallway, not into the room - so we couldn’t even put a chair/sofa in front of the door to prevent it potentially being opened during the night. - Because there was no keycard, my husband couldn’t use the lift to come up to see us on the 8th floor. He had to phone us to take things down to him, or to 'fetch' him to bring him upstairs. - There was no toilet/sink in the emergency room; there was a toilet right next door, which is ok normally; however because the room didn’t lock, every time he went to the bathroom, the bedroom was unsecured with his possessions in it. - The toilet next door hand no sink for handwashing. It was midnight when we arrived, so we had no option but to accept this unsecure unsafe room. And we had to pay the full amount for the stay, the receptionist was apologetic but no discount for the terrible first night. I have emailed the hotel since and not received a response.

It was well situated for a tram line and where I needed to be.

Uncomfortable bed, super convoluted way to get in, many of the residents seemed rough and loud. Super odd to be asked to write a review on trip advisor before I checked in to “waive a fee” for asking a 15 minute early check in because of my disability.
