beautiful old building with a fabulous verandah to sit on at night. Great location. All the staff were friendlt and helpful.

Historical building, beautiful view, great location

Location was excellent. Centrally located and able to walk to restaurants, shops, and parks. The staff was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful- especially Conor at the front desk. Our room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Free bottles of water would have been greatly appreciated.

Room lacked natural light

The room was quite comfortable, and the hotel was in the perfect location. such a beautiful you could immerse yourself in another time period. The staff were amazing, reception, cleaners, and hotel staff went above and beyond.

unfortunately, the hotel does not offer daily housekeeping, unless it is specifically requested. I can understand why, but staying for 4 nights in a row, daily housekeeping was missed, and we could have done with it at least once while we were there. Ran out of amenities which required us to chase up.

The hotel room was very clean.

The checking in at the hotel at 1900 hrs was a bit difficult and took too much time involving several staff members. Staff made up for it with their friendliness. The pillows were all high, would have been great with a low one, too.

Location is incredible, bed was so big and comfortable, gorgeous, huge old room with so many windows

Spa bath could only fit 1 person, advertised as a spa suite we expected we were going to have a spa together. Reception were not knowledgeable about the carpark which was odd as thats where everyone parked. No upsell about the hotel restaurant or opening hours or breakfast, no discussion about after hours access, no explanation about how to access the room as it was an actual key so we fumbled around with that for a while.
