Good comfortable hotel. Nice room. Good value breakfast buffet in the restaurant and a nice café attached to the hotel. Sea front and main town within walking distance.

Balcony room spacious with good shower room but some street noise meant sleep was a bit disrupted. Other than that, excellent value and very good breakfasts to suit all tastes. Good location for exploring the town on foot.

Stayed in this hotel while enjoying the Carnival in Santa Cruz. The hotel gave us an excellent deal on breakfast. Good location, quiet, yet not too far from the centre. Would definitely go back again.

Definitely not 4 stars. limited food choices and the quality is quite low. Junior suite smelled horrible especially in the mornings and nights. The smell of drainage coming from the toilet was nauseating. The staff said that they'd work on it but didn't follow through.. Don't recommend for families

The weather was Terrible it rained all day. We needed an umbrella so we can walk around the area. The staff at the front desk gave us a broken umbrella. We asked for another one and they wouldn’t give us one because she said it was for sale, we had to walk around in the rain. Not very accommodating to the guests. The day before the guy at the desk gave us the umbrella that she wouldn’t give us, it was the same umbrella she said no it’s for sale!

Sold as a 4 stars hotel but is really a 3 stars so you feel you don't get what you pay for.

The best hotel in town / We loved this hotel / although a bit old and outdated the rooms are huge and the suites are even better .Breakfast is fantastic , the pool is nice and the stuff is friendly and helpful / The building is a kind of exception in Lanzarote as it is the only high rise building in the whole island do you ask yourself how they got a building permit ? that said it is still a good hotel I recommend warmly

The service at this hotel was amazing! The staff answered every question we had and went out of their way to help. In addition, we were highly impressed by the food choices (and price for the dinner, which we hadn't reserved with our room and added on later). The location of the hotel is also convenient for exploring the city, easy to walk to attractions and close to a bus stop if you prefer going into town that way. Our room was small but comfortable; however, the shower pressure was a bit low and there was no kettle for making coffee in the room.
