"Compact room not far from centre"

Friendly staff and hotel is walking distance 15mins from main attraction. Room is quite compact. Request for quiet room honored but in room safe wont work (wardrobe door gets in the way)

I ask for a superior room, nice one, but the window did not close well The safe is very low, you need to go down on your kneads Very good bed, and excellent breakfast, with very good personnel I'll be back.

"Lovely hotel. "

We enjoyed our stay very much. The Breakfast Buffet is one of the best we have had. The only drawback was the WiFi signal didn't reach our room, so we had to check our email etc. In the lobby.

"Nice Hotel and walking distance to the town centre"

Ideal location as it was walking distance to the town centre and various resturants. We used it a as base to visit various location around the island of Tenerife.

"nice hotel for couple of nights"

i picked this hotel mainly because of the car park availability. however, it was limited slots and first come first served. i couldn't park in the hotel because it was always full and tight. i ended up paying in a near by privet parking. the wifi is very slow i couldn't depend on it that much. the hotel is is nice and clean, the location is very good and next to the big park in Santa Cruze. the staff are really helpful and welcoming. the breakfast is fairly good. the room it self was nice, new but mine was not much of lights come in, it was facing the inner part of the hotel (no view). the bathroom is spacey and new.
