"Carnival trip"

There for carnival. Hotel nice and central but dinner at night very disappointing. Buffet style but little choice and lukewarm. Expected better.

"Excellent location ! "

This is a convenient hotel . In a modern style . Friendly staff on the front desk . The rooms are a bit of a disappointment though . They need upgrading . The beds were comfortable though . Breakfast was quite good . Nothing exceptional but quite good value .

"Average quality hotel north of Santa Cruz "

staff was fine but hotel was not in good condition (not that bad either) the water of the shower flows out of the bathroom the wooden floor was used because of the water

"Lovely hotel in a lovely part of Santa Cruz"

We stayed on a Saturday before running in the International Marathon event on the Sunday morning. We have stayed here before and it was the first choice this time. It is in a lovely area, next to the Parque Gabrial Santábria. We were able to park in the hotel's garage and walk to our race. The hotel's breakfast buffet is superb and would be a big reason for me to book here again. My only complaint is that the air conditioning did not work at all (if anybody from the hotel is reading, room 600).

"Good, central position"

Stayed here for a week. Comfortable (though not large) room. Good position if you want to explore Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Car parking is a problem - first come, first served in the (rather difficult to use) underground car park - would recommend a small car!

"Centrally located hotel."

Nice hotel only 10 minutes walk from downtown Santa Cruz. Room was a reasonable size but disappointing there was only one chair at a desk to sit on during the day. Good breakfast although sometimes slow to replenish items that were popular. Also disappointing the restaurant was not open in the evening with only snacks available in the bar, but this is probably a seasonal thing. Santa Cruz is definitely worth a visit for those who usually to just head for the main resort areas of Tenerife.
