Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa All Inclusive

We ate dinner at La Adelita. Gerardo was our server. He was kind and attentive. He was patient with us as we practiced our Spanish. We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. It was a great evening. Muchas gracias, Gerardo!

Daniel at El Dorado was by far the best server we had at the resort. We were there for 12 days and he made our last dinner so exceptional!

I had a 50min facial today by Marisol. I can say it was the best, relaxing most beautiful facial I have ever had. Marisol is gentle and calming. She is a beautiful person❤️❤️ Thank you Marisol

Aqua gym activity was so much fun, especially working out with Juan and Ricardo. Yoga and aqua dancing with Daniela was also wonderful.

We recently had the most beautiful experience of staying at the Grand Palladium Colonial/White Sands to celebrate our daughter's wedding and enjoy a fun week afterwards. The weather was incredible and the entire group of 40 family and friends had an amazing time! A special shout out to the chef, Faustino, and serving staff, Alexandra and her sister Elvira, working at the Colonial Sports Club - they treated us like royalty and we can't express enough how excellent the food and service provided made our experience outstanding!! Resort was nice, stuff was very friendly. Room was good, but bedsheets weren't changed when we asked. Otherwise all was good.

We are grand palladium members and purchased a private membership for a lot of money. To make a king story short, your weeks you purchase do expire if you don’t use them. Covid happened we couldn’t travel for two years, my husband got really sick and was hospitalized for covid. I explained this to the female rep with the members subscription group, no worries she says we will extend it by two years. We ho to use it and Fernando the rep says sorry can’t help you, the policy of covid is done with and the rep who authorized it no longer works here, if you have the WhatsApp conversation to prove the conversation ok, if not sorry. I explained WhatsApp deletes the convo after so much time passes. So Fernando would not help us. We had three families that we got to join this membership and every time we go to book what category we are entitled too no matter how far out it’s never available. So please don’t waste your money and join this group you will be very disappointed. We spent alot of money and didn’t get the service they promise you. This happened at the grand palladium Punta cana mostly, but also, Ibiza, Mexico and Jamaica. Thx
