Peak Edge Hotel

Lovely walk through the woods seeing the waterfall and animas in nice. Takes about 1.5hrs in circular. Hotel is lovely - restaurant superb we had the monkfish and seafood linguine. Breakfast was to die for, the fruit and yoghurt was very tasty as well as the eggs royale.

We stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate New Year 2026. Everything from start to finish was spot on, from the friendly staff to the amazingly comfortable room. The Taster Menu in Red Lion was to die for, we’ll certainly be back again in the not too distant future.

Beautiful Hotel, comfortable bed and room spotlessly clean. The restaurant food was lovely, all the hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Bar area has several open fires which was perfect to sit and relax during our late December break.

The mattress was to hard. The air con was supposed to be 16.it was more like 30.degrees very difficult to sleep

Wonderful hotel. Lovely views and the attention to detail/decor is impressive everywhere. All members of the team in all areas were helpful, friendly and polite to us which was very pleasant too. Cleaners very efficient and room well stocked for tea, coffee and water. All in all, a great break and we would love to return for a third visit in 2026, luck permitting.
