Kn Hotel Matas Blancas - Solo Adultos

Everything about this hotel was perfect . Staff very good, food wonderful and great entertainment. Would definitely return and recommend to family and friends.

Very pleasant stay at this hotel with my family , food was decent there is something for everyone but can be tedious after a while , I would aim to eat food first thing as the restaurant opens , rooms were spacious and big enough , shower and bathroom was nice and updated not many issues throughout this holiday at all . All staff were amazing and there to help whenever needed, customer service is great. Aday on entertainment was genuinely one of a kind, he made our holiday complete , from keeping us entertained throughout the day and night and working non stop and he would go above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. A credit to the place really top bloke and I believe friend for life. He was made for that job and you can tell how much he enjoys it and I can confirm he really does make the best sangria in the world , so many things to participate in water polo , yoga , flea markets , karaoke , quiz nights with prizes , the spa you will not get bored if you utilise all things provided. Also Rosi on the drinks bar is unreal what a woman she would do anything for you and she’s always smiling and singing and her energy is infectious , she was kind enough to gift me a key ring so it can remind us of our stay , Hotel is quite secluded but no more than €7 taxi and 5/7 minute ride with many restaurants and bars to choose, along with a beach view and shopping markets. Renting a car is something to consider as things to do can be out the way but at reception there is opportunitys to book activities outside the hotel , it’s perfect for a quiet stay with friends and family. Parking outside the hotel is easy always free spots. Cleanliness of the hotel overall is good , We were satisfied. Some reviews are point blank lies I know this i genuinely have had a great 10 days and I will definitely go back, yes there’s room for improvements but there is for everything in life , I know the staff would be more than happy to hear constructive criticism. You might have the odd one or 2 loud couples and family’s leaving the show room but that is expected surely, not once did I feel like anyone was being overly loud and drunk. Atmosphere overall was great , we met many friendly people from all over the world , you can have the odd few that take things to far but that is quickly quickly sorted by hotel staff.

Breakfast was ok and size of the room was nice

I was awaken every night because of noisy neirghboors who were screaming in the corridors and in their rooms. They were even putting loud music at night. Reception helped me but still the frequentation of this hotel are highly not reccomended

Las comidas muy variadas y felicidades a los cocineros estaba todo exquisito, lo único que no me agrado fue la música que tenían de fondo,

La malquiadres y la falta de respeto del animador de la noche que solo se dirigía a los ingleses , le pregunté si no sabía hablar español y en inglés se burlo en mi cara diciéndole a los ingleses que estaría dormido porque el hablaba en español y habíamos unos cuantos españoles y alemanes

La ducha, fatal, o te quemas o sale agua fría, imposible de disfrutar de ella, muy mal.

Nada. NO VAYAIS. Es una tomadura de pelo. Dicen 4 estrellas y no tiene ni una.

Sábanas sucias cuando llegamos. Tuve que avisar 3 veces para que las cambiaran. La comida pésima, y la bebida horrible. Todo de una calidad ínfima. El camarero del karaoke un maleducado, y la chica de los tours de recepción no habla español. En Fuerteventura. Igual no pertenece a España.
