Godt hotel. De ansatte var ikke så flinke. Der var intet vand på værelset..

We booked a short trip for my husband’s 40 birthday without the kids and really wanted an adults only chilled out few days and this is what we got. The staff are so friendly and the hotel is well situated and modern and clean. Our room was spacious and had a lovely view of the pool and sea. The pool area is excellent with a good plunge pool and jacuzzis. There is an abundance of bars and restaurants nearby and we felt very safe here. We paid for breakfast for 2 mornings as we were room only and we highly recommend this. Great selection and reasonable price. The only minor quibble we have is the ‘pint’ served in a plastic glass at the pool. Now, we understand the need for plastic in a pool area, but beers by the bottle are served in glass bottles so it would have been nice to have a beer in a glass too especially considering the plastic glasses are quite small but pricey. Use Uber to get around as far cheaper than taxi and easy to use especially to and from airport. We would definitely visit here again if we get another opportunity for a break away without the kids and highly recommend to others. Thank you!

I really would thoroughly recommend this hotel, we had a fabulous experience. I'll list the pros and cons. Pros -Good value -Wonderful breakfast that goes till 11 -Friendly staff - Comfortable rooms - Good air conditioning - Daily room cleanings - Pool is rarely busy so theres always sun loungers - Excellent gym, the best ive seen at a hotel, especially of this size - The curtains are excellent at keeping the rooms dark -The poolside masseuse is excellent - The bar staff bring cocktails sticks with fruit out during the day that are complimentary and delicious - Great location, very close to the beach. Cons - The room was dusty - If you want a decent sea view you absolutely have to book a junior suite (its definitely worth it though) - The service at the bar is very slow if you want food or cocktails, and the food is relatively unappetising and the cocktails weak and poorly made. - The rainfall shower do not produce large droplet streams and are more spiky than is totally pleasant - The televisions are slow with limited channels - The phone charging station is a lovely idea but ours did not work (room 508) - The hotel lobby really is hideous Overall, i feel the pros heavily outweigh the cons but its still helpful to have a balanced picture. I loved my stay here and would recommend.

We had a fantastic stay. Staff are exceptional. We loved the offering of free cava, churros and pancakes. Also loved the fruit skewers given at the pool. Friendly staff always go above and beyond to ensure we all had a fab stay. Only downside is location however there are many buses directly outside hotel for access to Torremolinos centre as well as along the coast to other resorts. Local restaurants are only a couple of streets down from hotel near beach. We will definitely stay again.

What a fantastic hotel with amazing staff. Everything was perfect with the best part the breakfast each morning. The pool area is unreal and spotlessly clean. Will definitely be back again real soon.

My niece and I went for a girly break and when we pulled up outside in the taxi, we were a little disappointed as the hotel is on a main road and the area looked quite deserted. However, do not let this put you off as first impressions do not count in this case. From the moment we walked in, the staff were really friendly and welcoming, and the reception area was spotlessly clean. Check-in was easy and everything about the hotel was explained to us. We got the lift (smallest lift we have ever seen) to our floor (7) and found our room to be nice, clean, airy and overlooking the pool with great sea views. The pool area was again very clean and there are lots of sun loungers, without even having to fight for one! The jacuzzies are cleaned out every morning. They are quite tricky to get in/out of, so if you struggle, you may need assistance as there are no rails to hold onto. The beds are so comfy with crisp white bedding; we slept really well. The shower was very powerful, almost took my lashes off 😂 Breakfast was fantastic. Everything was freshy made and a great choice too catering for lots of different food intolerances. To make it even more amazing was the lovely Katalina walked round with trays of prosecco for you, as well as freshly baked goodies. The location was great, only a few minutes’ walk to a really great beach with lots of bars, restaurants, sun loungers etc. Even though there was so much going on, we didn’t find it noisy at all. In the evenings, we strolled about 20 mins along the road and came to a lovely town with all outdoor restaurants; evening entertainment, street performers and it was very lovely. We felt very safe walking back too. We have an amazing stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Even though it is recommended as Adults Only, there were a few children, but this was not an issue. We must give a massive THANK YOU to Katalina as she was amazing! So friendly, funny and just made our stay at the hotel! There is one of her co-workers that we would advise to stay clear of, Melia/Melina (not sure how to spell it). She works in the pool bar area and boy is she grumpy and rude. We thought it was just us, but talking to other guests, they all had the same opinion of her. Stick with Katalina and you will have lots of laughs with her. On a final note, you must visit the Sports Bar across the road! They owners are absolutely brilliant, and we went there at the end of most evenings. You will not be disappointed by their hospitality.

Really nice hotel, Excellent attentive staff. About a 5/6 minute walk from Seafront. Breakfast was outstanding with some freebies whilst your eating too(Bubbly,pancakes etc) Wifi worked well but not out on our balcony (8th floor). Some of the best hotel staff we have come across and special mention for Mileania on bar, works hard and has time for chat. Bar area and pool is beautiful and am surprised more don't avail of this space in the evenings as we did. Prices reasonable. Shower was great but unfortunately whole floor soaks from it, probably only issue in otherwise well upkept rooms. Air con was a life saver. Really liked it here and would recommend and will return again ourselves. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay, really relaxed atmosphere, staff are fabulous, particularly reception. I purchased a birthday package and the room looked lovely with balloons and happy birthday decorations. Would most definitely book to stay again.

Another lovely stay at this hotel, Bedrooms are nice and clean with a comfortable bed and power shower, fridge, kettle with cups, and balcony with chairs and table. Breakfast, everything you could think of tea, coffee, toast, hams, eggs, cheeses, pastries, and so on. Pool, poolside beds with mattresses and 3 jacuzzi pools and bar area for food and drinks 🍸. The staff are very helpful and make you feel very comfortable and welcoming 😊. Great value for money and will be be returning in September, thanks again Mark and Jeanette.

When we first pulled up in the taxi, we were a bit dismayed as the general area is quite run down. Inside the hotel, however, is immaculate, and the staff are lovely. Furnishings and amenities are higher than average- great sunbeds, although you do get towels left out for hours while people disappear..... pet hate. They need more umbrellas, there's not enough to go around. Pool bar is ok. Staff are nice, but food scrapes average. Rooms are spotless, but housekeeping varies - the bathroom is not always cleaned. Biggest issue for us was the noise from the sports bar opposite. Woken up in the early hours by rowdy singing and shouting. Nothing the hotel can do about that though.
