Ryotei Hanayura

第一次入住這間酒店，私隱度很高，可能由於房間數量少。即使到公眾浴池泡溫泉，也不容易碰見其他客人。溫泉水質很好，女性的公眾浴池，有三種泉質選擇。房間是傳統和式，雖然不算超級新淨，但是保養還算可以。職員親切有禮，不論是前台還是用餐的。晚餐是傳統的懷石料理，早餐則是以半自助餐形式進行，整體質素不俗。

Very nice hotel. A little dated but nice. We stayed in a Japanese style room with futons which was nice but very few electrical outlets. Not a big deal. The private onsen we had was very tiny so we opted for the public one which was great! So unless you’re shy, forego the private onsen in your room. Dinner was a kaiseki ryori (Japanese multi course dinner) which was beautiful, just not my favorite… breakfast was a combination of a Japanese course with buffet. Hotel is very close to the park and shops. I read a recent review online complaining about lack of a/c… there is a/c, works very well it is not obvious but it’s a dial with off, low, med, high. The reviewer should have used google translate ( the off did translate to cut).

Good hotel, amazing location, staff friendly, good food, they even make your futon for you.

Price slightly high

The property is centrally located with the hell valley only a few minutes away on foot. The Onsen is lovely too.

1. The room was outdated and not very clean with stains all over the walls, ceiling and tatami mats. 2. The private onsen bath looked like it is not washed frequently, with slimey mildew all over it and the tub’s wood is showing signs of rotting. 3. The dinner was full of delicacy ingredients like Hokkaido horsehair crab, kinko fish, caviar, etc but they were cooked without skill and tasted bland. The Wagyu tasted outright not fresh. 4. During dinner, the staff barely explained the ingredients or how to eat them, unlike in other ryokans we visited. 5. The staff in the hotel acted like they don’t really care about you, this was unlike any other experience that we had in Japan, where staff usually always goes an extra mile for the guest. The only helpful and nice person was a black-haired gentleman at reception.

住宿安靜，有小孩的選擇房內可泡湯的房型，晚餐和早餐都很讚！

房間設有私人風呂，隨時可享溫泉樂。地點適中，與溫泉街有適當距離，旺中帶靜。

員工指示不足，沒有說明房間溫泉水出水量低，放清溫泉水後要數小時才可再滿。員工也沒有通知第一天和第二天的用餐樓層不同，有點混亂。

Nos encantó todo. El trato, el hotel y la comida. Todo perfecto.

Das Zimmer war überaus charmant, die Badewanne auf dem Balkon der absolute Hit ... ich hab mich selten so wohl gefühlt. Großzügigerweise gab es jeden Tag neues Wasser, neues Bier, neuen Tee und eine feine Süßigkeit, es hat richtig Spaß gemacht sich so willkommen zu fühlen. Am Hanayura müssen sich bei uns jetzt alle anderen messen ... Alle vom Personal waren super nett und freundlich auch zu den Kindern, wir vermissen unser Zimmer im Hanayura richtig doll!!
