Incredibly attentive staff, super professional, and also spoke a pretty good amount of English The room was truly luxurious while still feeling traditional, especially the private bath, which was in great condition The dinner and breakfast were some of the best meals we had on our trip Loved how everything was sakura/flower themed

This was a once in a lifetime trip for my 30th birthday and it was the best experience. As it was my first stay in a Ryokan, I did not realise that breakfast and dinner would be of such a high standard. Both breakfast and dinner were some of the best things I have ever eaten. We stayed two nights and the hotel had two completely different meals each day for both breakfast and dinner. The seafood was so fresh and delicious - I was able to try a lot of new foods and Hokkaido local produce. This was advertised as a 4 star hotel but everything including the location, hospitality and utilities made it feel 5 star! Great value for money and something I am very grateful to have experienced. Our room had a view onlooking the mountain and it was so lovely to just sit by the window or use the private onsen. I appreciate the staff being patient with myself and my partner who don’t speak Japanese.

일본식정식외에 뷔페식 추가하여 준비한점이 특히 좋았어요. 아침을 충분히 먹어야하는 젊은 부부에게 만족감을 주었어요.

다만 예약이 어렵고 가격이 높아 기대를 많이 하고 갔는데 저녁식사 메인요리 양이 조금 부족한 느낌이었어요.
