Ryotei Hanayura

공항에서 도난버스타고 왔는데 찾아오기도 쉬웠고요. 근처 가게 이용하기도 너무 좋았어요. 유황온천 최고ㅠㅠ 밥도 맛있었고 다들 너무 친절했어요.

The location was nice and remote

The facilities are falling apart and in dire need of repairs. I was charged the onsen tax twice, once online and again at checkout. There was also a bug problem. I killed several beetles and lady bugs inside the room, they were all over my outside bath.

너무 비싸게 예약이 된것 같아 아쉬웠어요 프론트 직원분들은 좀 사무적이기도 했어요 눈이와서 택시를 잡는게 어려웠는데 도와주시지 않았어요

대가족 여행으로 최고였습니다 다른 료칸처럼 사람이 붐비지 않아서 너무 편안하게 대욕탕 이용할 수 있었고 저녁 코스 요리도 시간대별로 객실마다 이용하여 붐비지 않고 조용히 이용할 수 있었어요

조식도 너무 좋았는데 가볍게 먹을 수 있는 뷔페식 메뉴가 조금 더 다양했으면 좋겠어요

A classic ryokan experience. The food was very well-prepared and presented. There were many nice little amenities in the rooms and hotel, and the staff was unfailingly kind and helpful. Like all the ryokans in Noboribetsu, you are steps away from Hell Valley Park and the little shops and restaurants in town.

I had a room with a private onsen. The onsen was boiling hot. I had to keep adding cold water and stirring to be comfortable. Outlets are in awkward, inconvenient places. Could use better lighting options with lamps for low light.

This is a very elegant hotel, with beautiful decorations and furnishings, attentive staff, large rooms and superb Kaiseki (degustation) meals. Lovely Onsens which include an outdoor pool.

The bathroom was showing its age but that was not a concern for us.

This was our second visit to this hotel. The rooms are very large and we had a bath on the balcony which was fabulous and very hot. The view is good and we even saw a stag. The food was mostly fantantic with a lot of crab on the third night. The outside public bath was beautiful and sitting there with snow falling around was one of the highlights of the trip. It is right beside the bus stop and close to the town and geothermic area.

Some of the food was western style like bacon and eggs which we did not come to Japan for. The TV was not smart.
