Excellent staff, location. Our flight came early and they accommodated us without any questions. All are friendly and nice restaurants near by and walking distance to magnificent mile and Chicago Bean.

"Meh. Wouldn’t stay there again."

Breakfast was a bit overpriced for what you get and service was quite slow.

Large, unusual stains on the furniture. Tight hallways, weird interior design and the place looks much older than it actually is. For the price, this was well below expectations.
