"The staff, location and views are amazing, and it was a delightful experience overall."

Amazing location and good amenities.

The rooms were very dusty, there was no microwave in the room and the layout of the room was horribly designed. Also the shampoo, conditioner and body gel weren’t the best.

Second visit and it did not disappoint. The Radisson blu is clean and taste really different, just very contemporary and stylish. Its location is perfect and the restaurant on the main floor is fantastic. It’s easy to catch an Uber anywhere and close to Michigan Avenue in the river. Employees are very friendly. Parking is a little expensive for around $60 for a day but it’s Chicago. Just need to fix the sauna. My one complaint because the first time it was broken and it continued to be so many months later.
