"Enjoyable all around!"

We stayed one night and have zero complaints. The check-in/out process was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable, the location was perfect for what we needed, the restaurant had delicious drinks! A little pricey but probably due to the all of the events going on this particular weekend.

Another wonderful trip to our favorite hotel in Chicago! Comfortable, cozy, chic and the best part is the staff! Shout out to front desk worker Jasmine Taylor who greets everyone with a smile - it’s a great way to start your stay. We also love Brandon Wolf in the hotels restaurant FireLake Grill. Always professional with great food and drink suggestions!

"Mixed feelings"

While the hotel was clean and the staff was responsive, several technical and service issues made for a mixed experience. ​The room lacked shower gel upon arrival. Although staff delivered extra toiletries, the mini-bottles ran out quickly, requiring a second request on my last night. I appreciated the option to have a fridge, but once plugged in, it tripped the circuit breaker for the lights and TV. Surprisingly, the iron caused the same electrical failure on my final day. ​The bed was firmer than expected, and the breakfast I had was quite greasy. Due to the electrical instability and basic service gaps, this feels more like a 3.75-star establishment than a 4-star hotel.

"Wonderful Stay"

I stayed in the Ambassador Suite, it was a very nice room. Super spacious. The staff was also very kind. I loved my stay and would 100% stay at the Radisson Blu again.

What I liked most about the property was that it is close to everything downtown within walking distance.

Cleanliness was poor. It was our anniversary weekend, and for the price, I was disappointed. Room floors were dirty, dusty lamps, fixtures, and walls were dirty, and there was hair in the shower. I give it a 2-star rating.
