"I made management aware of these issues and the property manager Robert was rude and unhelpful"

Lighting not working, curtains hanging off the window, carpet tiles coming off floor, shower mixing valve not working, bathtub pan broken, bathroom sink faucet not working properly, DEAD & LIVE ANTS ON BATHROOM FLOOR, rusty door frames, overall dirty rooms with animal hair sticking to clothing, CLUMP OF HUMAN HAIR STUCK TO DOOR FRAME, damaged ceiling from water leak above, iron not working.

staff Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chili/Rochester Airport May 15, 2026 - May 16, 2026 You rated We reserved 2 rooms each with 2 queen beds. We were running late and called at 6pm. Was told no problem I requested to pay for the rooms in full so we wouldn’t lose them I was told no need we had until 2am Got to hotel at 9:45. They didn’t have our rooms only ones with 1 bed in each After a long back and forth. They found rooms for us. Only one when we opened one of the doors people were sleeping in the beds We were given another room. At 2am someone opened the door to my elderly family members room, the front desk assigned it to them. Unreliable and unsafe for $300 twice the rate because it’s graduation time

"It was great."

Very nice property and clean - friendly staff - like that there is a walkable plaza with coffee shop etc.

Had a nice stay...forget on the first floor you can hear the doors slam a bit and folks walking up above you a bit loud but that's not really your fault...our bathroom sink had a stopper issue and ran out of tissues (had our own and of course TP) but other than that all good

"We have stayed in this hotel and location many times and has definitely been cleaned up!"

Seems like the rugs and furniture were updated which was nice. Food options were good, appreciated almond milk for those of us with milk allergies.

Could have real soap in bathroom and cups for tooth brushes.
