Close to RIT (10 minute drive) 5 different restaurants to walk to across the parking lot. quiet with a good breakfast. Beds are comfortable and the suites are spacious 526 sq feet

The location and proximity to local food and shopping amenities (ie - target, wegmans, coffee shops, fast food, gas, etc.) was very good. The front desk staff were very helpful in getting extra towels when needed.

The initial room we were given was very dirty (food crumbs and stains on couch, spider webs above shower, etc.) and was also missing part of the actual door lock. The front desk staff member did make it right and give us another room, but it shouldn't have had to happen in the first place. In addition, even though it's a non-smoking hotel, the floor we stayed on smelled like weed the whole first night.
