Great place and very friendly owners. The room was spacious (one bedroom has a great view and opens up to the patio), the patio is great with a fantastic view, and the place is very clean. Nice 2-bedroom condo and definitely much better than a hotel.

We loved the terrance! Gorgeous views of the Sea of Cortez, the Malecon and La Paz. Our suite was large enough for two couples and comfortable. Loved the pool area, though the pool was on the cool side. Linda Gail was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and activities.

Perfect location for our needs. Malecon so close and beautiful morning walks. Owners are wonderful and extremely helpful with local information.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Absolutely over the top service. Room was spacious and clean. Owners clearly take great pride in their property. Views were fantastic! Sunsets from the balcony were very relaxing. Excellent choice of restaurants within walking distance. Secured free parking.

This is the best place in La Paz good location good food safe view is very very nice from your room. Will be back in October

Friendly people. We enjoyed our breakfast with other guests each morning. The discounted rate provided by Hotels.com wound up being a second floor with the back end of a restaurant cutting off much of the view to the water. The restaurant exhaust fan going on in the evening. We had to negotiate and pay more to go to a room higher up with a great view of the Malecon and the bay. Room 4B had a wonderful view and it was exciting to stand on the large balcony and look out. On the opposite side of the building a balcony which connects all the rooms had a great view of the city. The rooftop breakfast area was spectacular. The problem we encountered with 4B was that it had almost a continual septic tank smell wafting in from the master bathroom. This was a chronic problem according to the owners and so far had not been resolvable. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend the hotel overall but at a discounted rate. Pay particular attention to your room selection.

I reserved a room online because we had just found out we had to stay in La Paz for a night. We got to the hotel and the owner or the person in the front desk was rude about not having our reservations and only giving us the the option of the most expensive room that supposedly was the only one available. I did not stayed there. This hotel looks old and unclean just by going into the lobby. I am glad I did stay there and was able to get a better room somewhere else.
