Friendly staff-suite had a broken shower head holder, loose toilet seat, broken mini fridge. Didn’t look like the pictures of the suite we booked unfortunately, and not very Cave like! Breakfast was simple and good but remember to ask for Turkish coffees and special eggs (omelet) and they will make this for you. Unfortunately they couldn’t get us on an air balloon ride as the weather wasn’t right only 1 of the 3 days we were there and it was fully booked!

The hotel should not be 4 stars hotels as there are no services as elevator . also the hotel they didn't give me one room with air condition and i already booked for that

The only is in a very good location and the staff is very helpful. The room is very spacious. If you crave for Chinese food, this is the hotel to go. However, the internet is not very fast.

The front desk is very kind and nice. From this hotel, you can go to any restaurants or bars by walk. There is a smell from the room, but I heard that all CAVE type hotels have this kind of smell.(this is not Roma cave hotel's issue). Generallly, this hotel gave comfortable trip to us. At the second floor, there is a restaurant. This is also used as a chinese restaurant at the dinner time. Thus, there is some noice at the night time, but not severe because my family enjoyed sleeping during the night. When I reserved this hotel. the price was also nice and reasonable. I appreciate the desk's kindness.

The hotel is conveniently located at the heart of Goreme. We got the suite with the jacuzzi and it did not disappoint. The hotel was able to arrange transportation for us to and from the airport and also activities/tours for us making the trip easy and headache free. The property itself does seem to need some maintenance and renovations. Overall a good stay!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel as part of our honeymoon in Cappadocia. Booking a cave hotel was a must and it really added to our experience of Cappadocia! The room was cosy and very clean. The hotel location was at the main Breakfast every morning was fresh and had a wide spread of cheeses, meats, breads and drinks. On our last morning at the hotel, they bought us out menemen (Turkish scrambled eggs), which was extremely tasty! Perhaps the best feature of this hotel were its staff, who tried to accommodate our every need and were so friendly and approachable! On our first night, the management staff sat down with us and asked about what we wanted to do while we were here and subsequently went on to organise for us our hot air balloon ride for the next morning, a quad bike tour of the red tour and the green tour for the following day with excellent companies. We enjoyed everyone of our tours who were with knowledgable and experienced staff! We would strongly recommend this hotel for its location, helpful and knowledgable staff and gorgeous cave rooms!
