Roma Cave Suite Hotel

What a magical place. A unique hotel that combines a fairly tale stone age building and all the comforts of a modern 21st century building. We highly recommend renting a suite with a balcony so that you can enjoy the amazing views and also the balloons in the morning.

Hreat staff..super friendly and helpful but the property needs some serious TLC. Bathroom tiles are not pleassnt to look at...washrooms in general need some work. Decent breakfast! Great location!!

Everything in room was broken and they said it was because it was an old room..... why put us in a room that is old and everything is broken?? Paying over $100 a night we expected better

This place was amazing. Close to everything and the place was very clean. The employees were really helpful with information too.

Lots of potential but we seemed to get a few mishaps with our stay. First night the cold water tap on our room broke which meant they had to send someone to check it then manually turn the main water tap off. This meant we couldn’t flush the toilet so needed to turn the water on at the mains to use the toilet during the night and next morning. We also booked this specifically to have a fireplace and were told we were not able to have this the first night (which left us a bit cold in our room). The second night we asked for this in the morning to be ready for 8pm.... which it wasn’t when we came back from dinner. After two reminders we gave up and put our do not disturb sign on our door as we had a 4am wake up and needed to sleep. At 11:00pm there was a knock on the door to start our fire. Service overall was very ‘relaxed’. They did manage to book all transfer services on time which was a positive and they were friendly like all those in turkey. Felt more like we were staying with chilled out mates who didn’t have a sense of urgency rather than at a hotel. Some mould on the shower door and jacuzzi had what looked like a panel or two missing (but it did work!). If it wasn’t for little things like this the interior would have felt more premium but it might have just been our room.

Good location. Nice cosy rooms. Good showers, beds and breakfasts.

I had the breakfast on my last day and had a bus trip to konya. On arriving at the hotel in konya I threw up the breakfast for to food poisoning. The room floor was dirty. I don't know if this is due to the 'cave' room? The fridge and shower was broken and I reported this to the hotel, they said they would look into it.

The hotel was very interesting - had a large luxurious cave room for what seemed to be cheaper than anywhere else in town, even though I booked last minute. The manage was very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was a fair size as well. I would have liked to have stayed longer.

Service was spotty and rooms had broken showers. No Air conditioning in one of our rooms so they supplied a fan . Not very comfortable

I give 5 star to staff .. very helpful and friendly .. family room is really big and family with 2-3 children can sleep comfortably .. room is very clean also .. If I go again though I would not book with them due to many issues .. the hotel restaurant and breakfast is average and if you are sensitive to smells then you will be welcome every time you enter or leave the lobby with cooking smells as the kitchen is directly facing the lobby and restaurant is above it .. overall the hotel does not feel like a 4star, with everything being dated .. felt more like 2.5 or 3 stars ..
