The people at the hotel were great. Very nice and helpful in terms of what we wanted to do. The area is great to walk around, even if the balloon trips get cancelled. All that said. Our room didn't have all the lights functioning, the bathroom floor was constantly wet due to a pretty active water drip from the bathroom ceiling and the tub's outer shell was sort of half on? Not to mention the tub stop didn't have a cord so unplugging it was an adventure! And warning - Wifi only works in the lobby. As you should expect from a place where all the walls are made of stone but.. limited our ability to connect with family at home.

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful for every request we had. The room was amazing, we were in a cave and had a jacuzzi and sauna in the room! the Chinese restaurant is also good. also the puppies, I’m not sure if they are alway at the hotel, but they were very cute and I liked seeing them every day.

Останавливались с 9-11 мая 2019 г. Заселили быстро, правда сдачи не было, а мы потом забыли и они молча ходили. Хорошо перед отъездом вспомнили спросили, он из кармана достал и отдал. А если бы не спросили, скорее всего и они бы промолчал, так как 2 дня молчали. Завтрак нормальный. Номер очень маленький, ходишь углы отбиваешь. При выселении в 11.25 уже звонить начали и под дверью сидеть. Просили ещё 20 мин у них, они сказали что другие гости ждут. Но пока мы ждали трансфер ещё 3 часа. Никто так и не заселился в наш номер. Очень жадные было жалко 20 мин. И к 11.30 у дверей сидели, что б быстрее выехали мы. Зачем обманывать что кто то ждёт номер. Расположение хорошее все рядом.

We booked 2 junior suites and one was a cave and the other a normal suite. The hotel had minor fixes that were needed but the staff were very friendly and very proactive and attended all our requests promptly. They made good recommendations about sight seeing and restaurants. We didn’t get to do the balloon tours but on the last morning we managed to have an excellent view of the balloons rising from hotel.

Poorly maintained property with disinterested staff. Telephone not working, leaking roof, etc.

Great location, recommend. Wifi a bit spotty and not the best breakfast, but otherwise no complaints

The staff were friendly and helpful especially Mr Murat who helped with my late check-in around midnight. The room is comfortable with beautiful view. Every morning, I just needed to step out of my room to take beautiful photos.

Was a nice experience. It's a cave hotel after all. Very helpful staff. Wifi not grand and lack of choice with tv is a bit of an issue. Would recommend the hotel to a couple though .
