The service was great, delicious food and very hospitable stuff.

Exceptional service by the Acting Manager, Hishima.And very friendly staff.

Housekeeping can improve in terms of turnaround time.

Some days the pool was cleaned from early morning till noon, which meant swimming was difficult.

The hotel is located near 2 small Villages. But not much you can walk to in area. Hotel excellent at arranging tours - so just something you should know

The spacious room was clean, and the staff went above and beyond with their kindness. Plus, the beach was just a stone’s throw away.

Not necessarily negative, but the hotel is not easily reachable

The hotel is located in a perfectly maintained oasis of vegetation and access is directly to the beach. There is an indoor beach area by the pool and a beach area on the beach. There are activities both during the day and in the evening and you can rent bicycles to ride along the beach. Rooms are large and housekeeping service is twice a day. You will not find a TV in the room but you don't need one. Excellent AC, treated drinking water and hot water all the time. There is a diving center right in the hotel and you can take diving lessons or just snorkeling trips.

Very nice hotel which feels like it is located in a jungle. The beach in front of the hotel was one of the nicer ones located on the east coast. Restaurant options nearby. Amazing and fun New Year’s Eve celebration which we enjoyed. The staff at the dive centre was incredibly nice and we enjoyed our dive organised by them very much. The staff in the hotel was mostly very nice and eager to help.

Some of the fixtures in the room were outdated- during our stay the mini fridge in the room as well as the lock in the toilet needed to be replaced, and sheets as well as the toilet seat were dirty. Internet was very unstable and slow. It was a bit frustrating that water was incredibly expensive to buy, and only a very limited amount was supplied for free in the rooms. Water fountains were mostly not offering cold water which was very much needed given the heat. Unfortunately there was also a misunderstanding where we were initially told via message that we could upgrade to a deluxe room, this was then in the end not possible due to a mix-up. No compensation was offered. The deluxe room includes a nice patio but the view is essentially facing a wall. One important point to note that applies to the whole island, is that all credit card payments are subject to a 5% fee. Only cash payment in USD makes sense as other currencies are converted at a 1:1 exchange rate (not clear why).

Location was great and the room was nice inside, great bathroom, nice outdoor seating area and the pool was also nice. The pool gets zero sun all day…

The food wasn’t great, restaurant staff were friendly but reception staff were useless and couldn’t resolve any issues quickly.
