Shower curtain and floor rug in the bathroom was disgusting.

Room is clean only wifi signal in my room is unstable

Terrible service I booked my sister 2 nights due to last minutes reservation when she arrive hotel next day hotel front desk won't allow her check in the reservation they claim need vouchers to be able my sister to check in she needs to pay room tax they claim she will be refunded upon check when they receive payment thru orbits very upsetting very inconvenient especially my brother was in hospital

staff very friendly and accommodating. shopping schools nearby

The area was not to clean,,& the hotel was old,,,But the rooms were clean,,good beds,,,& close to the nightclub areas,,& Ayala mall

Front desk was polite and was able to accomodate me in a timely manner eventhough i checked in late at 8pm. The security gurads were friendly but they should or someone has to open the entrance door for you. Overall, if you want to stay in a budget hotel but accessible to important areas in the city, I highly recommend it.

Stay was a bit of discomfort due to room temp airconditioner is not working well

Upon arrival a very disappointing sight in front of hotel full of junk and garbage. We were housed where they put unused furniture and huge cable wire. Our room was cleaned at 4:30 in the afternoon. Shower head was clogged with mineral deposits. Air condition could not cool the room. TV remote battery was dead. Cabinets do not have hangers . Location of hotel was in the bad part of town which you want to avoid at night. Staff do not have any information on tourist attractions and transportation. City of Cebu is dirty full of unemployed trying to make a living. Many make shift houses along the sidewalks. The only safe place to go is the downtown area around the malls. Cebu is not ready for tourist accommodation a lot of areas to improve on like tourist information area. I do not have anything good to say about this hotel except to stay away. Wifi did not work for 2 days because the IT person was off during weekend.

Not okay.Maintenance decided to paint something on the floor where I was staying. Woke up with a pounding headache because of the paint fumes! TV-black and white!
