Its old and not very well kept up, The rest room in the lobby didn't have a toilet seat, and you couldn't flush it without opening the back and putting in water from a bucket in the sink

Great customer's services! Staffs were friendly and always willing to help. Place was convenient to all the areas that I needed to go in that part of Cebu ! Thanks a bunch to the guards for an awesome job on helping us to get the transportation that we need each time!!!

"Uncomforted."

I arrived late arround 10pm, this receptionist i believed he is gay he need to have customer service 101 training, so disappointing, they should trained that receptionist, no food available at this time kitchen closed at this time, local area no, i feel not comfortable, tthts why i transfered to different hotel and pay again, i dont finshed my 2 days with them, they will have money as they wont refund. I dont care. So dissapointing.

"NO WATER!!!! "

There was NO WATER IN THE BATHROOM AND TOILET. I had to scold the reception at 1:30 in the morning why we were not informed beforehand. Had it been, we could have asked for a pail and put water in it. Imagine going to the airport without having brushed your teeth and take a shower or at least even wash your face! At least they delivered 4 pails of water after my tirade! How come Hotels.com didn't downgrade its ratings? It doesn't deserve a 3.5 stars.

"Not a good place to stay "

Roaches all over the room and there's something in the bed. The air condition is not doing properly, remote control of the air condition was not functioning
