"My Go-To Cebu Hotel"

Whenever I need to stay overnight in Cebu I'll get a room here ! My rooms have always been clean, quiet, and spacious ! And the staff is extremely courteous and helpful ! I'd recommend Richmond Plaza Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and economical place to stay while in Cebu !!!

Do not stay here! Too much hidden charges! Hotels.com posted P960 per night (booked for two nights) but charged my card almost 5,000 Pesos! Non-cancellable! Awful
